I’m so mad!! I have ongoing injuries from a car wreck. Two weeks ago I had an injection in my spine. Follow up was today. I get here and apparently Hendricks is not in office! They SAID they left a voicemail for me! I NEVER got the voicemail!! Looks like I would’ve got a call back if I didn’t respond to their voicemail! They shouldn’t just assume I got it!! Now it’s been over 2 weeks for injection that didn’t work!! I’m still in pain! Who do I see now? I will not go back to Hendricks!!

1st appt was scheduled for an MRI, confirmed it was for an MRI 3 times before appt and at check in…did not have MRI. Scheduled actual MRI fairly quickly, got results fairly quickly. Asked if results appt could be a phone call (if non surgical) since it is a 2 hour drive one way, was actively out of town and would have to make a special trip for this follow up, reception insisted I would need to come in. Made the trip back to OK for follow up, the whole follow up lasted 7 minutes, felt like an inconvenience to the Drs schedule, the follow up absolutely could have been a phone call. Dr was extremely unhelpful/dismissive when asking his opinion on how to help with the pain/discomfort I continue to experience. It is what it is, if you’re not surgical, you’re probably an inconvenience to their schedule.

Dr Cunningham and staff are very professional. I have had several Iovera injections. He makes you feel very relaxed and keeps you informed along the way. Nurses are great and very pleased with services I have received from all of them. Highly recommend them

I went in to the urgent care clinic the day before Thanksgiving with a very swollen knee. They got me right in to see Dr Worsham. He drained the fluid off my knee and injected it to get me through the holiday with being in horrible pain. I highly recommend them!!
